⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We ordered catering from Charcoal for our baby’s 2nd birthday celebration, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Being Odia and from Odisha, authentic Odia food is very close to our heart, and Charcoal truly did justice to the flavours we grew up with. Every dish was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. The food had that authentic Odia touch, while at the same time offering flavours that I believe anyone who loves Indian food would truly enjoy, regardless of which part of India they come from. Our guests really enjoyed the food, and we received so many compliments during the celebration. It was wonderful to see people from different backgrounds appreciating and enjoying the flavours so much. A big thank you to the entire Charcoal team for making our little one’s special day even more memorable. Your dedication to authentic flavours, quality ingredients, and delicious Indian food really stood out. Charcoal is definitely a wonderful place not just for people from Odisha who miss the taste of home, but for anyone who wants to explore and enjoy delicious, authentic Indian cuisine from a different region. ❤️ Highly recommended! Charcoal is a delivery only and catering service provider based out of Almere / Amsterdam. I had visited family and we had ordered Indian food a few times from them . The quality , quantity , taste , packing and service - all were exceptionally well. We consumed a host of veg and non veg food including starters and main course and they were superb. I’ve known Rupan from Charcoal Food in Almere since March 2020, during a time I was down with COVID and could barely eat. A friend recommended her for simple, home-cooked meals, and I’m so glad they did. What I received was more than just food; it was comforting, wholesome, “home-style” cooking that genuinely helped me recover. Since then, I’ve stayed in touch with her on and off, and whenever I crave authentic Odia food, she’s my go-to. Every dish she prepares has that special homemade touch, full of flavor and care. Her mutton curry, chicken curry, and ghanto are absolutely delicious.
