Delivery charge
We will apply a small delivery fee based on your order and how far it is.
Deposit and Payments
All quotes depend on availability when you book, and a 30% deposit is needed to confirm your order. An order is not confirmed until we receive the deposit. The remaining payment is due on the delivery day. We also offer food warmers for rent. The rental cost is 5 euros per day, plus a 20 euro deposit for each warmer. The warmer must be cleaned and returned within 2–3 days in the same condition it arrived. After we check the warmer, we will return your deposit to your bank account.
Cancellations
According to market standards, if you cancel your order more than 3 full days before the order date, the advance payment will be applied to future orders. However, if you cancel within 3 days of the order date, there will be no refund provided.
Failure to perform
If we are unable to deliver your order due to unavoidable circumstances such as disputes, strikes, accidents, transportation issues, or the unavailability of food and beverages, we will fully refund all amounts paid to date.
